American Federation Constitution Draft #1
"To prevent tyrannical governments and overstepping of executive control, an official deceleration to guide our nation by the desires of a better tomorrow for the American Federation, The American Federation Constitution. "
"All articles are available for amending however require 3/4th's senate vote to allocate any change to this document" "For the people, with the people, by the people, our "Federation Amendments" are as follows"
Domestic Appeals
1. All office holders in the American Federation must take an oath to the people and the nation as well as its progression.
2.All future forms of government must possess an organized gathering of office holders to act as a bridge between the executive branch and the people.
3A.As of the creation of this Constitution, to fit within the bounds of our current democratic society, a "Senate" will be the organization of choice.
3B. In our current democratic society, a Vice President will also hold an official unofficial title in the State. The Vice President is decided by the runner up in State Leader elections that possess a margin of 25 or less votes.
3C.The "Senate" will be made up of 12 individuals. 7 seats for the 5 state governors, a single seat for the President, and a single seat for the Vice President. 2 seats will be held for State Ministers. 1 seat will be held for the Head of Development. 1 seat for the Head of Defense.
3D.This gives the State the hierarchy of President, Vice President, Senate, Heads of State, and Governors, all working to express the people's desires.
4A.Autonomy state governors MUST create a conference between him/her and the states residents.
5A.Though not mandatory, Minister apprenticeship programs would be a fine addition to the State.
6A.Creation of an official State sponsored lotteries will be issued.
7A.Creation of a State sponsored Newspaper.
8A.Creation of State sponsored political position debates.
9A.Creation of a State sponsored Bank.
10ACreation of basic guides for new players in the State.
Foreign Appeals
1A. A dedication to improve relations with out neighboring States is MANDATORY.
2AA vow of non-agression to the previous American agressors.
3ARevived efforts to rejoin our neighbors bloc (the Concrete Bloc).
4AAbandonment of the isolationist policy of Old America.
5AIn-statement of a "Federation First Policy"
