F-16 Viper
F-16 Viper is a light multirole fighter that made Lockheed Martin achieve one of the greatest successes in their corporate history. Purely made to counter Soviet/Russian Supermanueverability jets such as MiG-29 and SU-27, the Viper has a terrifying 'rate fight' capability, able to outturn most of its opponents using its superior thrust to weight ratio. For the sake of this article, we'll take the most superior F-16, the Israeli F-16I nicknamed "Sufa." Israel issued a jet fighter requirement in 1977 and selected the F-16s over the F-16s. A "peace marble V" contract was agreed on and F-16s were given to Israel. Although, unlike other Vipers, Israel was given the right to modify their Vipers to their needs. Avionics were changed, programming was completely overhauled to a point that it had zero similarities with the USAF Vipers and it was integrated with Israeli munitions.

With a length of 14.8m (48ft 5in) and a wingspan of 9.45m (31ft), Sufa is a nimble fighter yet it can accomplish a wide variety of tasks. It can carry around 9,000 (21,000lbs) kilograms of munitions and has a maximum speed of Mach 2. F-16 can supercruise which means it can go faster than sound without the need of an afterburner. It uses a gargantuan AN/APG-80 Doppler RADAR with a range more than 200 kilometers (124.2 miles)

Mirage-2000C
The Dassault Mirage 2000 is a French multirole, single-engine fourth-generation jet fighter manufactured by Dassault Aviation. It was designed in the late 1970s as a lightweight fighter to replace the Mirage III for the French Air Force (Armée de l'Air). The Mirage 2000 evolved into a multirole aircraft with several variants developed, with sales to a number of nations. It was later developed into the Mirage 2000N and 2000D strike variants, the improved Mirage 2000-5 and several export variants. Over 600 aircraft were built and it has been in service with nine nations. For the sake of this article, we will take the most superior Mirage. The Hellenic Air Force Mirage-2000-5 Mk2. Now some might say that it is not true, although the Mirage-2000-5 is the only mirage that saw combat in recent years, most notably with Turkish Air Force F-16 Block 52s.

With a length of 14.36m (47ft 1in) and a wingspan of 9.13m (29ft 11in), Mirage is a beast at one circle turn fights yet not as multirole as the Viper. It can carry 6,000 kilograms of munitions and has a maximum speed of Mach 2.2 although suffers when at sea level due to its Delta Wing Configuration. It's thrust to weight ratio is dwarved against the Viper's although it will not suffer if it fights its own fight style. The Mirage has the same avionics of the Viper in terms of effectiveness although its Thales RDY Doppler RADAR outperforms the Viper's Doppler with a range of 110 kilometers (68.3 miles) and a greater scan resolution and a further lock-on range.
